This day had two redeeming features... I got out of the house and saw most of my friends, and I didn't have to wear any wetsuit. The water is finally warm enough to just wear a rash guard & shorts. I LOVE that. Otherwise it was very frustrating... just not enough wind to sail. Yesterday the wind came up to 20 for about 3 hours in the late afternoon, and that was the hope for this day, too.
