070 - Another early and more than forecast BIG day but had to go with a late start. Looked like 4.2 again but no have but at least it wasn,t survival mode as it actually felt OK once committed. Seldom lack of power, navigable chop and good jibes behind SI#1. Water level is going down but still enough to go over the sandbar and nearly to the beach. Gusty and weeds everywhere, got hot and spent too soon. Still a good day but odd to be on the same sail as Robert and another big guy both on smaller boards (and a little too small). | ||
