063 - About as forecast and a little light inside but OK elsewhere. After a couple of runs to SI#1 worked up to SI#2 with fair planing but needed the gusts for any power. Saw Dave and crossed the IWC to the KRS below the South Cabins then tacked back to SI#3. Dave left due to weeds but I decided to stay and did several triips to the KRS and back as the wind filled in more. Able to go both ways behind the cabins where it was flat and consistnet. Runs going to the KRS were pretty fast but the returns seemed slower. Had a couple of good runs through the high markers, it was nice close to SI#3 and there were holes in close to the PINS shore. Terry's home brew and Frank's grill rated a 10+. | ||
