Bird Island Bash. Speed trials. Hit 31.6 on my All-star 70, and 6.6, with a weed fin. Not too bad. I'm pretty sure I can do 4 or 5 mph better with a more controllable board. The small, random, BIB chop and the wider, floatier board are not ideal for speed runs, but I think I did okay. Had fun with MM&T and seeing some windsurfing friends. Doesn't seem like I have time for my friends anymore, with the additional children in the house.
