It was pretty windy when I came home after spending a day with the year 12 kids at a career expo. No career mentioned combining programming and windsurfing, but I can confess it's not a bad combination!

High tide was at 19:10, but I thought that when I would leave at 16:20 I would be on the water at about 17:00 so good enough. When I came it was quite windy, things looking good! But then a rain squall came and the wind dropped. I still rigged, but after that spend the next 20 minutes or so just waiting. But the wind appeared to come back, so I decided to head out. And it was pretty good. Quite consistent, and just perfect for the 6.2.

Had some nice jumps. Jibing was quite a failure initially, but at the end I just did short runs and made most of them. What I should remember is to take both feet out of the straps before entering a jybe. My biggest issue is that when I leave my mast foot in, getting it out makes me very unbalanced, and I tend to trip over the strap.
