Warm and windier than I expected. The 6.9 Echo seemed very slow and heavy today. I don't know if it was because I have been sailing the S-1's or having been spoiled by the recent strong wind of last weekend. It took me a while to rig it right. I do know the lower boom cut-out was driving me crazy today since I put my 30" harness lines back on my boom. I need to raise my boom somehow. The water is still cold enough to numb my feet, I should have worn my Atans. I got tricked again by the warm air temps. Still, it was great to get another day in. | ||
