Well, I guess I got a little too excited about the weather today. The wind was more west than north. That means more holes than if it is more north. It took me a while to get comfortable with the up/down conditions, but toward the end, I was feeling pretty good. At one point I was thinking about going up a board size, and I am glad I didn't. I saw Brian sinking a little too, so I stuck it out. I think it ended up helping me bond with my kit, which is incredible. I am feeling super lucky right now. Another straight 4 hours of shortboard sailing today. My hands are pretty ripped up after three days of windsurfing, but the post sesh beer tastes sooo good right now.
