Today we alternated with the windsurfer and stand up paddle. Both were fun. I learned some SUP freestyle--headstand and somersault--and despite complaints of no wind from some on the beach i was finding it possible to body drag. I didn't sail for long because I hated the long harness lines and the way I'd rigged that sail. Ken did well on Rachel's board, moving down to the 135 and getting a little planing despite not a lot of wind or sail for a bigger person.
