First day back in over four months! My foot surgery has kept me away, but it did okay today. A little sore, but not much. Mostly my arms gave out. I think the time away plus a too-tight wetsuit, at least on the arms, was the culprit. But, it was good to get out again, mostly like riding a bike, and there was plenty of wind so I didn't have to slog around. | ||
