Best day in a long time (mostly because i haven't been here), with steady high wind and some decent swells ramping up. I purposely rigged big (guys were on 4.2 and 4.7) and I was happy with the choice. I felt highly powered, but well in control also, not falling unless I tried something crazy. I missed one great BL ramp, which I later regretted. It took me by surprise because we haven't had that type of ramp in a while. Nice having my little board since it was less affected by the wind.
