 What a great day! Spontaneously decided to do a downwinder with Kurt so I got a ride with him and his friend up to Grassy/Windy Point, we went upwind to Brazil where we goofed off for about an hour, then did a fun downwinder to Lola where we spent the rest of the day.  I tried to focus on my raleys and improving on my form - spinning more horizontal than vertical.  I didn't realize it until just yesterday that in order to get a good horizontal, I can't get lift from my kite (otherwise I just get launched too much).  Wow...sometimes I can't believe how slow I am in figuring these things out.  

I also worked on the one-handed jump thing, but it takes a lot of strength.  It would be awesome if I could do an unhooked-one handed full raley + board grab / boner thing.  Not sure how yet though as the only way I ever do one handed is when I first get launched by the kite and not by pop off the water.  One day....

I also got a really long cut/scrape on my leg from being an idiot and doing a trick in the shallow, rocky/shelly part of the water. Go me!
