Good day with Wouter at Strand after spending a week in Johannesburg for work. The wind was much stronger outside than on the beach and originally I rigged too big (6.5 on 109 Hybrid) - felt much more comfortable on the wave kit.

Wouter and I were the only people in the water and we did very long runs past the AECI pipe towards Macassar. Saw two dead seals floating in the water and that signalled that it is time to turn back. Ocean life might just be harder than it seems at the aquarium.
