Today was the best of the past three, in my opinion. A little more even and a little less wind, so the 4.2 and my big board felt like a good match. Plus I finally got tuned in, comfortalbe sailing one-handed and jumping and doing freestyle stuff again. I know that seems reallly basic but for the past several sessions i struggled with even those things, on the new gear. I'm really liking the HPL boom. Resumed working on shoveits but i felt like i was re-learning a bit after a long time off. No ill effects from yesterday's bike accident. Enjoyed the fact that the out-of-town crowd had a strong showing, bringing enthusiasm for staring early, staying late, sailing hard...all the stuff we take for granted living here. I had fun hanging out in the park all weekend!
