I hate it when this happens. The wind comes up just after lunch, but I have lectures till 5pm and then when I rush through the traffic to the Strand and hastily rig -- I have about 4 powered-up runs and then it dies on me - dropping from a 22 average to a 17 average. Note to self: with the Southwesterly in False Bay; always rig pessimistically if you don't want to be underpowered. A proper Southeaster is forecasted tomorrow, then I will give Macassar a shot again. That is if I can find a buddy to go along, somehow I don't like the deserted post-apocolyptic atmosphere there.
