What a fun, warm, windy day! I started with the 65 ltr JP Wave board but it didn't carry me thru the holes. It was pretty gusty but it was On more than Off. No complaints from me! Switching to the 78 ltr JP Freestyle Wave was the ticket. Several runs across the ICW to the KRS. Weed fin essential. T-Bob even rigged for fun instead of blasting. It was pretty bumpy due to the south wind so speed runs weren't on today's menu. The young guys from Turkey and Randy were practicing Jump Jibes - fun to watch them while resting at the dropoff. Good turnout of the Bird regulars and guest windsurfers! Dog was making crossings too. I took half the day off work and it was well worth it. FUN DAY!!!
