ABK Day # 3. Started the day nursing the sore back and abraded feet, but at least I got a good morning cappuccino from Grounded. Andy must have detected we had had our fill of LWF, so many lectures in the morning (all good). The afternoon lecture was the famous SailChi lecture, which I found helpful. Then back to LWF in the afternoon. Non-planing switch stance duck gybe, more backwind sailing, and clew-first escape tack 3-in-1 move? Looked forward to Sunday's forecast. Supposed to build to upper 20's in the afternoon. Ended day with a nice meal with friends at Firefly.
