Saturday was a very nice day here, but we did not get to our house until late thanks to American Airlines stranding us in DFW for 8hrs. So I missed out that day. That ordeal was much tougher for my kids. Sunday was very light wind in the morning, and not much forecasted for the day, so I went down to Buxton to see my brother and his new 10 month old son. The wind felt sailable in the late afternoon. It was @ 18mph sunny and warm, but I felt I should spend time with the family.

So, today I was going to sail! Winds intially forecasted for @ 18mph (never really materilized). I went with a bigger rig, but could not get it planning. I sailed out the back of my brother's house in Buxton. Too shallow for me. I almost ended up in Frisco trying to get on a plane. Sailed back, de-rigged and went fishing.

Cinco de Mayo fish fest party later that night.
