Short and sweet. I loved today because I was not super powered up, so I had courage to really push myself on vulcan attempts. On the best I was jumping & getting around 3/4. On the worst I was not clearing the water. Still tried to do the hand motions anyway for practice. Now I'm feeling the twist postion and (yes!) the s-turn. I think with a little more power I'll be able to get more height and hopefully keep the courage up to pop & twist. I DID have a few falls that were hard on the feet/ankles!! maybe b/c I currently do not have vulcan footstraps. luckily thanks to the magic of velcro that is easy enough to fix.
