What an incredible Easter. I sailed with abandon! Tried 4 BLs, three of which achieved the heels over head motion. Brian said the one he saw was way too fast. I let go! my others were a little slower but still overpowered and not close to landing. Had two crazy scary SI attempts b/c they were so high. I mean there was an IMPACT when I hit water. Um, what did I actually do successfully? Had a bunch of inside tacks (which I needed later b/c it was getting lighter w/strong current), an outside helitack (a rarity on my little board), and a couple wet JJs. Not much wave riding. Enjoyed watching Philip imitate the robby poster though. Derigged like a superhero (thanks Laura!) Cookies from Tamay, a nap in the car, dinner later at somewhere called...Veronicas?? Maybe?? On the pier. It was good, whatever it was called. Also we are anxiously anticipating the opening of the new brew pub. Spring sailing rocks.
