Got there just after sunrise and it was really blowing! Went for a few runs on the 4.7, but my arms started hurting. I thought it was because the harness lines were messed up, but it was actually that I was overpowered. I got tangled up in some waves and kicked something that felt rubbery, probably a manta ray. Sat in the car a while then headed back out with the 4.2. It was super fun. Nice jumping opportunities and a bit of wave riding. There was some big swell that was topping off that was fun to ride down. Around 1:00 the wind slowly turned off for the day.
