Light wind stuff first session. Then it got sunny and windy!! Tried monkey ducks, one-handed downwind 360's. Had a super nice jump jibe where the board went all the way around out of the water and I easily started going again which means I didn't fall allll the way in the water. I think that move is a wet move, unlike the vulcan where your weight is over the board more. Speaking of vulcans, I practiced popping the board at will, but my attempt at a vulcan resulted in not a bit of the board leaving the water and me catapulting. Oh well, it was my first try and won't be my last. I did some lay down jibes since I had never even done one and thought about it while attempting the carving 360s. We had a great steak dinner with my parents before heading home.
