Day 1 o' ABK:
Shove-its and loop drills with the ladies who rip. Every now and then, but mostly never, I would properly fall forward into the rig before the jump occurred. The ladies are better at the shove-its than I.

Chickened out of a few loop attempts that started rotating perfectly with plenty of height (according to Andy) and never went around.

Tried a BL in the channel in front of the shop, but rotated little and landed on my back. Not nearly as fulfilling as the nose first landing attempts at Bird from a few weeks ago.
