There's nothing like an ABK clinic to keep you on the water way longer than you would have otherwise and pushing yourself to the ultimate limit. Alissa, Brian and I were the lone freestyle team, so we got the Andy all to ourselves. We began the day with jump jibetorium. Got some good tips that helped me, one being to keep my front foot closer to the board, the other being to pull the clew towards me as I splash into the water. Then after lunch we were given land lessons on shove-its and looping. I actually tried the shove-its and had one attempt that gave me a floating feeling. It was cool. I'm exhausted! | ||
