It was windier than yesterday so I decided to try out the used Revo wave sail I bought from Big Winds (I bought it in case I start sailing Packery or Port A once in a while). It was a sweet match with the 78 JP out in the rollers in east bay. After about 20 miles I went back to the launch for a break and to get the 65 ltr JP. That board was fun but didn't carry me through the launch-side lulls. It was really windy about a third of the way out from the launch to the spoil island but just couldn't get going on the inside so I made an error changing boards but still had a great session. It was wound up and wild all day so I wore my helmet. | ||
