The goal was to try to smack the lip off the small, well-formed waves by the pier. Really felt it just once. The board instantaneously reversed direction without a whole lot of assistance from me.

Proceeded to Girl Island on account of the direction of the wind and my desire to maintain a count of no more than 10 toes.
