After weeks of mostly single digit wind speeds, it was a real blast to have some sailable wind. Real ESE direction and could run past SI #2 on one tack. Started out around 12:45pm - at that time wind was very inconsistent but I stayed south of the launch and made long runs past SI #3 all afternoon where the wind was stronger. Stayed away from the launch area because that was where the wind was the most inconsistent. What a difference a good forecast makes - Worldwinds was buzzing with activity and the parking lot was pretty full. RVer's starting to show up. Off the water around 4:30 pm. Welcome back Wind!
