Went to Windy Point for the first time since the lake was closed due to flooding rains. The park is still a little bit of a wreck. Thank goodness for my ability to get on the water SUPing this summer. I might be insane now with as little windsurfing action as I have seen.

I decided to take E. and his gear. He had a good time, and he could have made it all the way from the boat ramp to Windy Point several times if I let him. His confidence was starting to grow which was very nice to see. Unfortunately, we had very little time until he had to get back to town for his cello lesson. I got him to do some sail steering today. I hope we get back to the water soon.
