I mixed it up today and spent most of the time sailing between the ship channel and this spindle by shoreline hospital. Rewards were the biggest swell I've ever gotten in the bay and an up close view of a cargo ship and an oil rig ship. (Disappointingly, the ships were not going fast enough to throw wakes.) During the time I did sail by cole park a pod of dolphins was in very close, in waist deep water, jumping and playing. I slowed down once because they were so close I thought I'd scrape them.
