On the water at 1:45pm. Windsurfed the first 20 miles on the Sonic 110 but the wind was getting better so I snapped the 6.6 onto the JP. Worked my way upwind because the wind was much better south of Island #1. Made a few runs across the channel between Island #2 & #3 - started running into big clumps of weeds. Once I had to stop and pull a big clump off my WEED FIN!! It was a fun day all around.
Talked to T-Bob (he's in Las Vegas on his travels heading west). Told him I wished he had been here today because it was fun from start to finish. Spent the morning hosting the canine club to celebrate Pepper's 2nd birthday. 9 pet parents and 10 doggies played and visited for 2 and a half hours. Then I took off for Bird Island and sailed till 5:30.
