Twas an afternoon of mixed emotions. I had two great high-energy sessions on the water. But I also discovered my board really is on its last legs. The deck is covered with hairline cracks, and when I push on it water comes out. And when I leave it on my roof rack brown water bubbles out and runs down the car. Wanted to wait til after demoing gear in January before making a decision on a new one, but looks like I may not be able to wait that long.

Other notable events: Saw two dolphins REALLY close. Found a tiny tear in my 4.7. Tried some stuff.
