First time to sail at Richie & Therese's place on Baffin Bay. Great launch and lots of CCWA windsurfers plus 3 or 4 kites and a Hobie. I arrived around 3:45 and played ball with Pepper for a couple of hours. Around 6pm, Carrie Robertson insisted that I go out - promising to babysit Pepper - so I snapped her 5.2 wave sail onto my 110 ltr Sonic and jumped right up on a plane for 3 or 4 passes before coming in for dinner. The beef Richie smoked was awesome! Baffin Bay is a really fun place to sail. The Day was a 10 with great food and friends. I didn't get to sail very long but I do want to go back to Baffin Bay. Pepper definitely had a 10 day - there were lots of dogs to play with. Scout is her best buddy. | ||
