Got back from my trip to Houston for Father's Day around 1:30pm. Took the bay route back home and the white caps were plentiful and flags flyging, so I got the dogs settled at home and took off for Bird Island. Fun session with a couple of 6.5 mile round-trips to KRS. I woke up with a lot of pain in my right shoulder blade - no doubt from sleeping on a twin bed with two dogs. The drive home didn't help either. But windsurfing helped a lot! The stretching of the arms really did wonders for the pain. Now I'll take an Aleve and go to bed and be just like new in the morning. Happy to have been with my Dad on Father's Day and happy to have had a really fun windsurfing session before starting my work week tomorrow. | ||
