After a wet windless Saturday the clouds finally
parted and the wind gods graced Rowena/Dougs with
a cloudline to generate some good wind.

Apparently I got there a little late. Most people
were sitting around with tiny gear littering the
beach. Those that were out were slogging.

I rigged up my 6.5 to the derision of some gorgios,
but it really *did* work for about a half hour
before really picking up even more than it had
been blowing before. I got back to shore sheeted
out and put on a 4.5, which lasted me the rest of
the day.
