Today was really more ESE. Good swells and ramps. Inspired by last week's broken footstrap, I tried and officialy claimed the ONE FOOTED JUMP. I swear anyone could do this on the first try. It is easy but gets old quickly. So I tried some variations, like reaching down and dragging the water with my free foot, bending my knee back, sticking my foot out to the side, etc...still not all that exciting. but I learned something new.

My ankle was sore from surfing this morning--I realized it was a bad idea to put the leash on the one I'd sprained, even though it's pretty much healed.
