Not much windsurfing lately--not enough wind. I
did get to go big boat sailing at Berkeley marina
on Saturday, which more than made up for it.

A fun day at the county park at the end of the levee
road. When I got there this morning, it had been
blowing but people were starting to slog. I thought
the wind would go into its normal afternoon funk so
rigged the 6.5 and the Veloce in case of a schlogfest.
Suprisingly, it picked up and stayed up and I switched
down to the wave board as soon as I could come in.
Fun going out doing S turns on the swell. More
challenging coming in against the ramps (since my
jumping ability sucks). I had a hard time jibing
on the inside because I couldn't pick up enough
speed heading into the ramps. Have to work on that..

Sailed until 2:00 when the ebb switched around.
Folks were still out there for another hour until
the current just got too strong. It's still blowing
now :-).
