Sailed first 18.5 miles on the Sonic 110 then changed to the ProTech - 130 ltrs and the fun factor really went way up. I could plane on the 110 most of the time but the extra 20 ltrs meant fulltime planning. Put a little more downhaul on the 8.0 and everything clicked for some fun light wind ripping. T-Bob was on his 125 Sonic with a 7.8 Sailworks race sail and he still left me in his wake but not without a challenge. So much fun sailing with Bob. Sat on the beach for some after-sail-brews with Carol, John (Colorado), Fritz, Kent & Micki (Austin) and Tom & Pat - beautiful day and lots of fun. | ||
