Crazy Day. Big rain and thunderstorms. Joe went surfing called me!!!!! Rigged 5.2 hurry don't know how long it will last. I headed out expecting to see him shclog. Wrong!!! It was howling. Rigged 4.7. Joe came and said he could be on 4.7.... Went out anyway no time to rig smaller. It was great. Very steady. Waves were big on the outside 5ft plus and smooth. Lots of surfers out. Sailed until I broke my universal! Luckily I was still in the impact zone and not way out. The Tendon broke my little safety line held the rig together. I was afraid it was putting holes in the top of my board. I finaly just flew the sail and let the waves bring me in. I did not go back out. Shortly it started to die then just shut down. Strong NE in late May!!!!
