15th session in 2007
Sailed at Baffin
Rated a 10 of 10

Board: Thommen X85
Sail: Ezzy 6.0
Fin: MFC OS 9
Suit: Scrubs

Had two 1 hour+ sessions today. The first one was just tweaking my new 6.0. The wind started getting light so I came in to rig up and ended up on the phone, catching up with family and drinking beer. About 6:30 the wind started cranking up, so I decided to go out for a short one and ended up staying out till after 8:00. It was survivial sailing on a 6.0. I can't remember when I ate it more often, blew more jibes or had more fun I was totally overpowered. It was total reckless abandon, just went for it. Absolutely awesome, just the combination of attitude and conditions. On my last run Mother Nature finally clued me in it was time to quit, getting dark, jellyfish sting and jumping mullet in the face.
