Didn't take the Sonic 110 because the local forecasters were going on and on about how windy it would be - like 25 - 35 mph. But the Sonic 110 would have been the best board today. The wind was really inconsistent - sometimes nearly dead. I think the Sonic 90 would have worked pretty good with a bigger sail and fin, but I rigged thinking the wind was going to come up. Alex rented a 7.0 sail and tried the Seatrend that he inherited from me and he couldn't get going. Beautiful day but not such a great windsurfing day. The hi-light of the day: Early morning outing at Malaquite Beach with Nova & Pepper - we had a wonderful time playing ball on the beach. | ||
