Sunny, Warm, Windy. Spring Break was a non issue. It was foggy all morning so the Spring Breakers had not arrived yet. Zahn Rd was open. Pulled in and straight to the beach. No Crowds. Tried out the 4.7 Simmer X-Flex. Then Rigged my 4.7 Naish. The X-Flex is not for me here in Texas. The Gorge or very windy places I would love it. It was not as powerful as my Naish. Draft is way forward and I found it harder to go upwind? Great day on the water. Waves were fun but crummbly. :-) Lots of Blue Jellies but it was not an issue. 10 or so windsurfers out. | ||
