Gusty doesn't do it justice. It was way up and way down. On one run, I hit a hole and I tried to waterstart for 3-5minutes. Finally, I uphauled the sail, and next thing I knew, I am holding on for dear life in a 30+mph gust.

I got to gybe in the flat water of a cove where we launched from. I also decided to give a duck gybe a go again today and pulled it off on the first try (just like The Gorge, only this one was witnessed). I tried once more, and dropped the rig at speed, which sent me running off the nose of the board in a big crash.

Lots of people out. Lots of sun. Water was chilly, but the air was warm. I was super happy to get out on the water.
