Another great day, and more consistent ways. I made most of my jibes, so that's great. Only when I get tired I tend to miss them more. My first jibes went just perfect. Not yet carving, but just getting the jibes without falling in and stopping is already great.
Crossing the channel wasn't a big issue, went perfect. Did it twice, because had the kids with me, so checked on them halfway. They were in the car by when I came back, just getting cold from all that wind. Played fine on the beach in the first half.
Pretty busy, I counted 25 windsurf boards. But I was the slowest from the guys windsurfing across the channel. Some really capable guys out there and with floatier boards I reckon it was easier for them to get on the plane and keep going in the lulls.
