I took Pepper with me and this day rates a 10 because it was a beautiful day and Pepper had so much fun. Sailing was actually about a 6 on the fun scale. Pepper got to play with Kai, Ringer and Scout. The first hour it was just Pepper and Kai running full bore. When we played chuck-it-ball, Pepper and Kai would run after the ball, Pepper would get it, run part of the way back, then drop it and Kai would bring it to me. They had so much fun. Then Kent and Micki brought Ringer over and he romped around with them - then Tamay and Joe arrived with Scout. The beach in front of the WW palapa became a dog park. Everyone had a great time. The wind was light but finally showed some promise around 1 pm. I was in the water by 1:30 and sailed almost an hour - I was lucky because I got the best wind of the day and had some great runs. Micki went out on an 8.0 around 2:30, when I was coming back in to check on Pepper. If I wanted to sail more, I would have had to rig a bigger sail. Instead, Pepper played some more and we hung around for the cookout for Justin's last day on the job. We had good fun and plenty of nice folks to sit around and talk with. Pepper was very polite. I was really proud of her. She's a real beach puppy. Dogs Rule!
