Ah, what a nice day for windsurfing. Work should have made that impossible, but unfortunately you can only windsurf when there is wind, and you can always work. Nicely powered, got over the shipping channel like a pro, in the footstraps, in one go. Start to learn it, heh.
Wind was a bit gusty, so couldn't always try gybing, managed to do a few, and landed two I think. Looked like I had a bit more control. Waterstarting also went really nicely. Was high tide, so a bit wild and choppy, but still could ride quite fast. Also managed to haul up the sail, even in this fairly wild water, second time already. It seems indeed quite possible to uphaul, didn't believe that first, but I can do it now. also do shorter sessions it seems. I think just 1.5 hours or so, not until I can't windsurf anymore.
I made it back across the ferry lane in one go as well, landed a bit too much north, so had to walk 200 metres, because I didn't want to do another run, but all in all, pretty good.
