Went with my son to lake Pupuke so he could get a harness lesson. No teacher on the water available, but he could get a waist harness and they explained the basics on land. He did fairly well, will of course need practice. He still finds the footstraps way to backward on the board, heh. But that will come.

The wind was pretty good, picked up when we came and I had some real nice blasts and some good jibes. Didn't stop, but didn't carve through it as nicely as another guy did, but definitely jibes on the big board are going well.
