I thought it was perhaps windy enough for the Carve 99, but I was a bit scared of crossing the ferry channel again. As I had seen other people launch from the opposite side, I wanted to give that a try. Unfortunately it was low tide, and from here it was a long way to the water over a very slippery surface. At least I now know this doesn't work at low tide. So I decided to return home, and complete the table tennis table I was assembling.
