Yesterday I worked out for an hour and a half before sailing today I drank beer for an hour and a half. What a difference! First session was fun, only blew one jibe, but it was athletic, had a stitch in my side after forty min. Took a 3 beer, 20 min break and went out again, wind had picked up and it was an over powered blast. Jumpable chop both ways. Did one of my best tricks ever, slightly mistimed the lip at about 30+, still got the height, but the board got over head and splatted on my back still hooked in. Skipped like a flat rock popped back up on plane and sailed away. Probably won't be able to turn my head more than 5 degrees tommorow, but it was cool. I'm babbling, got to go de-rig.
