Nice day, water at Coniver Grove was really, really warm. Almost warmer than our pool I would say. I mainly went for my wife and the kids, but it wasn't a really good day for them. They could have done with some more wind. Auke was fairly fine, he seems to have gotten the hang of it, but of course he's done it the most.

There perhaps wasn't enough wind for Dieuw with his 2.2 m2 sail. And he gives up easily, else he might have gotten a few decent runs. My wife tried the Gun Wave 3.5 and didn't do too bad. Unfortunately the wind dropped so after a couple of initially runs on which she did quite well, she didn't manage to get away after that. It's a pity for her. She really tries, but she never has had a real good windsurfing day for her, with enough and not too much wind. But she said she liked this place: water was warm and you can stand almost everywhere.

I tried the 8.5, got on the plane sort of, but there just wasn't enough wind to carve a jibe.
