Aransas Triangle. A CCWA event with a shrimp gumbo dinner to top it off. It was fun, but we didn't have much wind. John Bright (I think) with a 9.0 and a Starboard F175 was ripping it up, but I was schlogging on my Seatrend Allstar 70 and 6.5. Man, I need a bigger sail! I am waiting to buy until next year, but I don't know if I'm going to make it! Also windsurfing was Roy Tansill and Dick Ward. Most sailors stayed dry, though not a bunch showed, either. I think the light wind forecast had something to do with that.

It was a nice place to sail, though, and my family and I enjoyed the meal and the people quite a lot. It's nice to get out and be social.
