Again, worth the 8 hours of driving. I love my new board. My equipment is realy nice. Now only problem is the driver. I got the Windtronic2 windmeter from a kite shop. I was getting lulls of 12, average 18, gusts of 30 on the beach. (That was less than iWindsurf). That was why I rigged a 6.3m2. It felt nice except in the gusts while jibing. It was hard to sheet in sometimes. I felt I was going very fast. Good crowd, enjoying 80 degrees in November and nice southerly breeze. I am so happy to get this day in. I was Jonesing bad after the northerly we had on Lake Travis. I wanted to sail the Exocet again. It is perfect for me. | ||
